After a five-year legal battle an Australian court has ruled that a female bureaucrat who in 2007 was injured while having sex on a business trip, is eligible for worker's compensation benefits. According to ABCnews, the Federal Court ruled in favor of the woman stating that having sex during a business trip is part of such a trip. Like eating, drinking and sleeping.
