Yoga improves your sex life

Yoga is good for body and mind. This ancient Eastern tradition improves your life, your mood, your breathing and your sex life. That’s no joke, but scientifically proven by research scientists at Harvard Medical School. They asked forty women between 22 and 55 years old to, one hour a day during 12 weeks to carry out 22 different yoga positions. These exercises, asanas, which they had to do were chosen for their beneficial effect on abdominal and hip muscles, digestion, joints and  your mind set.

After the study period the scientist there was an remarkable outcome: thirty women reported that their sex life significantly improved than before the daily exercises. The yoga sessions increased sexual desire, arousal and intensity of orgasms.

Why is that?

  • Yoga improves blood circulation of blood. Some asana's can increase blood flow to your pelvis, making the area therefore warmer and more sensitive.
  • Yoga exercises stimulate your chakras, which are the energy systems in your body. The improved circulation and vitality improves your lust for sex.
  • The exercises strengthen your muscles. By exercising your pelvic floor muscles you can increase the intensity of orgasm.
  • In addition to positive effects on your sex life, yoga also has a positive effect on your night rest. You'll sleep better and deeper, giving your body a chance to recuperate faster. The benefit is a more radiant skin which gives you a much younger appearance.

In the US and lager cities in the world more and more institutes provide classes to do your asana’s completely in the flesh. Naked yoga seems to add an extra sense of total freedom.

Anyway, with any regular exercise, the chance of a longer life increases. And it makes no difference whether you exercise naked or dressed in a cute outfit.
