Do's and don'ts for a better 'Taste'
Ladies we all know that going downtown can be a chore and it is not now or will it ever be a trip to the ice scream shop! BUT, as we do simply love pleasing our men why not make it as pleasurable as possible. These 10 tips will help your man get better tasting you know… “Spunk”
Here are 10 simple do’s and don’ts for him, to get a better “Taste” for you!
- Try cutting back on the alcohol, we aren’t saying stop drinking all together but just drinking on a special occasion or outing will help. Also, cutting back on the caffeine, if it can be toxic to the body and will only make matters worse.
- If you must party like a rock star, replenish your temple with lots and lots of water it will help hydrate and also flush out the toxins from your body.
- You can sweeten the taste of semen by eating lots of fruits, who knew an apple a day would not only keep the Doctor away but help you make the ladies a happier participant! You can also try eating pineapples, cranberries, mangos or melons. These fruits are filled with natural sugars that can offset the bitter taste.
- Veggies are also a BIG help in the “better tasting” department so load up on vegetables whenever possible.
- While they say that Vegetarians are better “tasting” try and avoid vegetables from the cabbage family like asparagus, broccoli or cauliflower that might actually make you taste worse.
- An over indulgence of red meat is also a “no, no” while we know our men love a nice fat juicy steak, everything in moderation. While making him dinner next time try and pick foods that are high in good quality lean protein such as chicken and turkey.
- Don’t buy over the counter “quick fixes” nothing will help your man taste better or will work more efficiently than overall changes in diet and lifestyle. A good healthy diet will work the best!
- Avoid junk food or fast food whenever possible. While they are overall bad for you, they will also make your semen less pleasing to the taste; they are loaded with chemicals and preservatives that pollute your body and your semen.
- Peppermint gum helps your breath; did you know that peppermint would improve your taste too? Peppermint, cinnamon and lemon are recommended for a sweeter “taste”
- Anything high in chlorophyll content will also help! Try parsley, wheat grass or celery.
